What's the best way to know if Pine Technical College is right for you? Come for a Campus Visit! Visiting the PTC campus is a tried and true way to learn if the PTC campus community and atmosphere fit you. Receive program, admissions and financial aid information, and learn how PTC's approach to education helps students succeed.
Scheduling your Campus Visit -- Tuesdays and Fridays
Campus Visits are offered on a recurring/regular basis every Tuesday at 10 a.m. and every Friday at 2 p.m.
Please plan ahead, and allow enough time for parking and to locate the Campus Visit Classroom before the session begins. Unless your group is comprised of 10 or more people, there is no need to RSVP -- just show up! (To ensure all guests receive the attention they deserve, groups of 10 or more should contact PTC Admissions, 320-629-5114.)
The Campus Visit Experience includes...
The Campus Visit Experience includes an Information Session presented by a PTC Admissions Representative. The session provides an overview of PTC, the application process, the financial aid process, plus an explanation of college programs and degrees. The Campus Visit Experience also includes a Walking Tour of the campus highlighting the LRTC, the Student Lounge, PTC’s hi-tech labs, and more! The Information Session may last up to one hour, and the Walking Tour lasts about 20 minutes.
Directions to the campus
From the North (Duluth, Hinckley):
-- Take I-35 south.
-- Take Exit 169; turn left onto Hillside Ave.
-- Take Hillside Ave. approximately one mile straight into the PTC campus.
From the South (Minneapolis, St. Paul):
-- Take I-35 north.
-- Take Exit 169; turn right onto Hillside Ave.
-- Take Hillside Ave. approximately one mile straight into the PTC campus.
From the West (Mora, St. Cloud):
-- Take Hwy. 23 east
-- Turn right (south) at County Rd. 11/Mahogany St.
-- Turn left (east) at 195th Ave./County Rd. 1
-- Turn left (north) at Hwy. 11/MN 107
-- Turn right (east) at County Hwy. 11/Henriette Rd.
-- Turn right (south) on I-35.
-- Take Exit 169; turn left onto Hillside Ave.
-- Take Hillside Ave. approximately one mile straight into the PTC campus.
From the East (Siren, WI):
-- Take State Hwy. 70 west to I-35.
-- Take I-35 north.
-- Take Exit 169; turn right onto Hillside Ave.
-- Take Hillside Ave. approximately one mile straight into the PTC campus.
