Textbooks may be returned within the first ten business days (first 5 business days of summer) of the semester with your receipt. *Shrink-wrapped books are not returnable once opened.*
Book Buyback
Pine Technical College offers a book buyback during the week of finals for each Fall and Spring semester. The bookstore will buy back used books needed for the following semester through the bookstore's wholesaler. When the bookstore quota has been met, the wholesaler may purchase the book on a supply-and-demand basis at their rate.

Six reasons affecting the price offered for your book during buyback:
1. the condition of your book;
2. the bookstore may be overstocked;
3. national demand for your book;
4. a new edition may have been published;
5. custom package missing pieces;
6. the instructor may have indicated he or she will not be using the book.
