Subject: High School Articulation

Definitions:
Articulated courses are high school courses taught by high school faculty which have been mutually agreed to by the College and High School to meet the content and outcome of the College course. The articulated course will translate to advanced standing college credit once the student completes the course with a grade of “B” or higher and completes an application to the college.
Concurrent enrollment courses are college courses offered by the College to high school students. High School students are enrolled at the College prior to registering for the course and course registration is done through the college. Concurrent courses are transcripted at college and at the High School. Course(s) may be offered at the college, at the high school or by distance learning.
Postsecondary Enrollment Option. The PSEO program is a State program designed to allow Minnesota High School students to attend a college as juniors and/or seniors. The College received a flat rate per credit. The fee covers tuition, fees and books required for the course. This program includes public, home school and nonpublic schools students. PSEO students are eligible to take only courses that meet Graduation Standards. The program cannot be used for noncredit or remedial courses.
