BOTTOM LINE THINKING

There is no greater potential for ROI (return on investment) than the investment the company makes in its employees. Get the most out of your human capital by giving them tools and techniques to become strategic thinkers and company “partners.” Participants will learn how their job and their decisions impact the bottom line.

This highly interactive four-hour session will use specific company examples to promote awareness of the daily decisions an individual makes regarding his/her work and the resulting impact on the company’s bottom line. Additionally, it will stimulate participants’ realization as to why the company’s bottom line directly impacts individual success and stability.

John Rieck of Sunrise Fiberglass states, “The bottom line thinking training was customized to fit our exact needs. Our employees and management are energized and are continuously rethinking our processes and procedures”.

This amazing training has so many possibilities for applications at work and at home. It has really made an impact on me. I hope I can allow what DeAnna has taught us to change my life. I come from a very reactive background. Now I can step back and be a transition person and change not only how I view things, but have more effective communication and relationships with others I come into contact with. I’ve already felt a positive impact at work. I have begun to handle difficult calls in a new way. I realize that if the person calling is upset, and I get upset it only fuels the fire. This knowledge has enabled me to be a better listener and provide better customer service. Thanks for the wonderful opportunity!
