Published annually and appearing in April, Inkling is an online journal focused on providing the students of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system with a competitive venue to exhibit their writing.  The editors want poetry or prose of any genre with strong imagery and original voice on any subject matter (though we are not interested in anything derogatory on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, or religious persuasion). Please do not send greeting card verse.  

 How to Submit:  Submit up to five pages of poetry and/or prose.  Email submissions only (inkling@pinetech.edu).  Poems and prose must be attached in Word (any version is fine) or RTF format only.  Do not submit poems and prose in the body of the email and do not list identifying information on each submitted attachment.  Do include name, address, email address, titles of submitted works, and a short bio in the body of the email.  Submissions accepted September 1st through February 28^th of each academic year.  Each submission received in the proper format will receive a reply.
