Apply to the College - First-Time Students

Step 1: Complete Application and Other Needed Documents

There are two options to complete an application for admissions:

Option A: Complete an online application form or,

Option B: Print the application and mail the completed copy to:

The following documents are also needed and can be sent to the Admissions Office:


1. Official copies of high school transcripts
2. Immunization records
3. Criminal History Background Check for Gunsmithing and Early Childhood Development applicants
4. Data Privacy Information/Statement

Step 2: Complete the Academic Skills Assessment

The purpose of the Academic Skills Assessment is to assess students' entry-level academic skills and to provide options to strengthen them if appropriate. To learn more about the assessment test, visit assessment and orientation. To schedule your assessment call or email the Admissions Office at 800.521.7463 or admissions@pinetech.edu.

Step 3: Complete Orientation/Registration

All incoming students are required to attend orientation. During orientation, students meet with advisors and determine and register for classes. The earlier a student attends orientation, the better, since classes fill. Students may not sign up for orientation until they have received their Acceptance Letters. Step 4: Payment of Tuition

Tuition is due the last business day prior to the start of each semester. You may sign up and use a payment plan or learn more about Financial Aid options.
