Business Administration


Program Overview

 

Business Administration is an associate of science degree. The program includes instruction in management theory, economics, marketing, business decision-making, accounting, and several general education goal areas.

 

According to the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum, the general education components of the Business Administration program will transfer. The business-focused courses do not fall under the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum; however, the likelihood of transferability is strong.

 

Pine Technical College has created several articulation agreements with other four-year colleges in the Business Administration program. An articulation agreement is a guarantee between a two-year and four-year college that complete transfer of the two-year degree into a four-year program will occur.

Transfer Options

 

The Business Administration A.S. degree has several transfer/articulation agreements with four-year colleges or universities. It also transfers into a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with Southwest Minnesota State University which is offered entirely on the Pine Technical College campus.

The cost of the program per credit is $144.71.
