MGMT 1200 Principles of Management (3 credits)
This course examines basic management concepts and principles, their historical and philosophical development, and their application to modern organizations. Topics covered will include planning, organizing, decision-making, leadership, control, and organizational change. In addition, the course includes an introduction to business ethics and social responsibility, human resource management, and organizational design and behavior.
(Prerequisites: MGMT 1205 Intro to Business having earned a C or better) Offered Spring
